Tranmere's fixture against Norwich City at Prenton Park will now take place on Friday, 2 April at 1945 GMT.
The match was originally scheduled to take place on Saturday, 3 April but has been moved to be shown on Sky Sports.
Rovers chief executive Mick Horton said: "This is an excellent chance for us to show what we can do in front of the television cameras.
"It is a big game against the side currently top of the division and hopefully we will get a good crowd."
