Torquay have signed midfielder Marvin Williams on a short-term contract after he was released by Brentford.
The 22-year-old made 24 appearances for the Bees last season, scoring twice, as they won the League Two title.
Williams, who began his career as a trainee with Millwall, joined Brentford from Yeovil in June 2008.
The midfielder's arrival at Plainmoor signals the start of his second spell with the Gulls who he joined on loan in March 2007, playing two games.
