Tamworth have signed Notts County goalkeeper Liam Mitchell until the end of April on a work experience basis.
The 18-year-old is a product of County's youth academy and has featured on the bench but not yet started a game for the League Two side.
The 6ft 3in keeper will join the Lambs in time for their Blue Square Bet Premier game against Forest Green Rovers on Saturday.
However Mitchell can be be recalled on 24-hours notice.
