Swindon Town's on-loan centre-half Andy Frampton is assessing his groin strain after being taken off during Saturday's 2-0 defeat at Oldham Athletic.
It is the latest frustration for Frampton whose first spell in Wiltshire was cut short by a knock before his return was disrupted by the weather.
"I'm probably going to be with the physio for a couple of days and we'll go from there," he told BBC Wiltshire.
The 31-year-old had an injury-plagued loan at Leyton Orient this season.
He had impressed in recent games and says he was happy with his performances playing with either Scott Cuthbert or Sean Morrison.
"I felt very comfortable with both and in the back four in a general fit," he added.
Swindon have struggled to string wins together this season and Frampton is confident that they will soon turn the corner.
"The players we have are very, very good. Once we've got that consistency I don't think there'll be any worry. Hopefully these results will change."
