Leyton Orient's Andy Frampton faces three-week lay-off

Frampton is hoping to be fit before the end of his month's loan spell at Orient

On-loan Leyton Orient defender Andy Frampton has been ruled out for three weeks after suffering an ankle injury.

The 31-year-old joined on a month's loan from Millwall last week but limped off during his debut in the 2-1 defeat by Huddersfield on Saturday.

Frampton joins fellow left-backs Charlie Daniels and Michael Liddle on the sidelines.

O's boss Russell Slade told the club website: "The left-back position seems cursed for us this season."

He added: "Framps looked as though he was fitting us like a glove in the first half on Saturday and we were really happy with the start he made."
