Swindon boss Danny Wilson says his team lacked effort in their opening day home defeat by Brighton at the weekend.
The Robins were beaten 2-1 on Saturday - the second successive time they have lost on the opening day of the season.
"We have to work harder in certain areas. I don't mean running or chasing people, I mean in areas where we can cause problems," he told BBC Wiltshire.
"Not too many times did we go in the back of Brighton until we were 2-0 down and decided to put pressure on them."

Wilson continued: "I think we let them off the hook too easily. I think they were too comfortable at the back with the balls they were dealing with.
"We didn't have the nous to put balls in those areas and the energy to run there.
"That's not like us - we're normally much better than that."
