Gower added Swansea's second goal with a minute left on the clock
Swansea collected the first win of their Spanish pre-season tour by beating Palamos 2-0 on Sunday.
Manager Paulo Sousa named a completely different starting XI from the side which lost 2-0 at Espanyol B on Friday.
The visitors went ahead just before the interval when Fede Bessone was brought down in the area by Jordi Salvanya, and Guillem Bauza scored from the spot.
Mark Gower, one of nine substitutes used by the Swans, added the second from close range after 89 minutes.
Sousa's side now take part in a triangular tournament involving CE Sabadell and Gimnastic on Monday.
