Dimi Konstantopoulos has been a long-term target for Swansea
Dimitrios Konstantopoulos' loan stay at Swansea City has been extended by a further month.
The Greek goalkeeper, who was borrowed from Coventry City last month, has agreed to remain at the Liberty Stadium until Sunday, 28 December.
Konstantopoulos saved a late penalty on his debut in the Swans' 0-0 draw at Doncaster and has since played three times for the Championship new boys.
The 29-year-old was signed as a back-up for injured keeper Dorus de Vries.
De Vries is now fit again after making a quick recovery from a fractured jaw and a cheekbone fracture but Konstantopoulos will remain at the Swans.
However, the former Greece Under-21 international is ineligible to play for Swansea at parent club Coventry City on Tuesday and the Sky Blues' visit to the Liberty Stadium on Boxing Day due to the terms of the loan.
