The ex-England international says he would like to take a break after more than seven years at the Black Cats helm. But he admits the right offer would force him to shelve those plans. He told BBC Five Live: "I would like to have a rest now, as seven-and-a-half years on the spin is a long time. However, it all depends on if anything comes up. "I don't want to speculate about other managers' jobs at other football clubs." Reid has been linked with First Division Wolves, who are currently managed by Dave Jones. The club have made a poor start to the new campaign after just missing out on automatic promotion last season. |
