Knox in his playing days at Stranraer

Stranraer have appointed Keith Knox as their new manager after he assumed the role of caretaker following the departure of Derek Ferguson.

Knox previously played for the Blues and will take over with the club sitting bottom of the Second Division.

Stranraer parted company with Ferguson following an 8-2 home defeat at the hands of Stirling Albion.

His departure came less than a year after he taking over the reigns at the Stair Park club.
