Paul Simpson has made his first two signings as Stockport boss by bringing in Mark Lynch and Barry Conlon.
Defender Lynch, 28, is a former Manchester United trainee and joins after being released by Rotherham.
Conlon, 31, has signed following a successful trial with County after being released by Chesterfield at the end of last season.
Irish striker Conlon began the campaign with Grimsby, but joined Chesterfield in January.
