Southend boss Paul Sturrock planning home form fix
Sturrock took over at Southend in July 2010.
Southend United boss Paul Sturrock said he is trying to find a formula that will improve his side's home form.
Saturday's 2-1 win at Rotherham was the Shrimpers' fifth league victory on the road this season, compared to just three wins at Roots Hall.
Sturrock told BBC Essex: "I've been watching tape after tape to see if there's anything in what we're doing.
"I'm not going to promise anything but I'm going to try and come up with something that might help us."
Southend, who have taken 18 of their 29 points from away games this term, would be level with seventh-placed Gillingham if their home form had matched their success on the road, but instead sit 15th in League Two.
