Harrold scored 17 goals in 73 appearances for Wycombe
Shrewsbury Town have signed striker Matt Harrold on a two-year deal following his release by Wycombe.
The 25-year-old scored 17 goals in 73 appearances for Wycombe, but he was released in May following the club's relegation to League Two.
"I'm delighted to have got a striker of Matt's experience on board," manager Graham Turner told the club website.
"The injuries to Kris Bright and Nathan Elder have left us light up front and Matt is exactly what I'm looking for."
The former Brentford, Yeovil and Southend forward passed a medical at the Greenhous Meadow.
Turner added: "He has arrived at a good time, allowing him to be involved in all pre-season games which will help him gain his fitness and settle in at the football club."
