Aldershot's Omer Riza holds no Shrewsbury Town grudges
Riza failed to score in 14 appearances for Shrewsbury
Former Shrewsbury striker Omer Riza says he bears no grudges towards the club after joining Aldershot.
The 30-year-old, who was released by Paul Simpson before Christmas, has joined their League Two rivals until the end of the season.
He told BBC Radio Shropshire: "My only regrets are that I didn't get the opportunity to play enough.
"One first-team start meant I couldn't really show what I can do, so now I've got that chance with Aldershot."
The former Arsenal trainee joined Shrewsbury from Trabsonzspor in April 2009 after a long hold-up because of a dispute with the Turkish side over wages.
I can't wait for that one. It could be interesting

He missed the early part of this season through injury, and despite several appearances as a substitute he was picked for just one first-team start - at Rochdale in December.
"I could've just seen my contract out at Shrewsbury, but I really want to be playing," he added.
