Shrewsbury have extended midfielder David Worrall's month-long loan from West Brom to the end of the season to boost their League Two play-off chase.
"David's shown enthusiasm and guile on the pitch and has been a good addition to our squad," Town boss Paul Simpson told the club website.
"He's enjoying first-team football, and West Brom are happy for him to stay."
The 18-year-old joined the Baggies from Bury, where he made his Football League debut at just 16.
He has also had a loan spell at Accrington.
The Shrewsbury-West Brom link has been built up by Simpson, after taking young goalkeeper Luke Daniels on a season-long loan.
Daniels quickly established himself as Shrewbury's first-choice goalkeeper this season.
