Holt cost Shrewsbury a club record 170,000 from Nottingham Forest
Grant Holt has dedicated his League Two player of the month award for November to his Shrewsbury Town team-mates.
The striker hit seven goals in the month, with Saturday's match-winner against Rotherham taking his tally for the season to 18.
"It's been a good month for the side, so the award is a reflection of that," said Holt.
Two more goals in the next three games would make Holt only the third Town player to score 20 before Christmas.
Shrewsbury broke their club transfer record by paying 170,000 to Nottingham Forest for 27-year-old Holt in July.
Holt told BBC Radio Shropshire at the time: "It puts a bit of pressure on me. I've got to prove to people I'm worth it."
His form has gone a long way to doing so, with his goals helping Shrewsbury to second spot in League Two and the last eight of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.
The other contenders for the award were Bradford's Graeme Lee, Rochdale's Adam Le Fondre and Wycombe's Matt Harrold.
