Sheffield Wednesday have signed Derby County striker Luke Varney on loan until January.
The 26-year-old had a spell with the Owls last season, scoring twice in four games and will be available to face Scunthorpe tomorrow.
"I'm delighted that Luke has agreed to join us," said Sheffield Wednesday boss Brian Laws.
"He is a very capable player at this level who can create opportunities and score goals," he added.
