Sheffield Wednesday have received enquiries about midfielder Kenny Lunt but no firm offers yet, reports BBC Radio Sheffield.
The 28-year-old is surplus to requirements at the Owls and spent time on loan at Crewe last season.
"We have had one or two enquiries about Kenny, but there has been no positive approaches as yet," said Wednesday manager Brian Laws.
"I've spoken to Kenny at length about the direction we are going in with it."
At the start of June, Laws stated he would have to off-load Lunt and striker Leon Clarke in order to bring in new faces.
However, while Lunt's future looks certain to be away from Hillsborough, Clarke could remain in South Yorkshire.

The Owls boss told Clarke to get in shape for the new season and the striker appears to have done that.
Laws explained: "What he has achieved over the summer has astounded me.
"He seems to have focused solely on making sure he comes back superbly fit and to give himself a chance.
"I've spoken to him again regarding that, saying that if he comes back fit and lean and wanting to be here then he has the chance of creating a something here.
"Leon Clarke has the ability to get goals and I believe his career hasn't started at Sheffield Wednesday yet."
