Sheffield Wednesday have turned down offers from Championship rivals QPR for Tommy Spurr and Jermaine Johnson. Left-back Spurr, 20, is a graduate of Wednesday's youth team, whereas midfielder Johnson, 27, signed from Bradford last January for 500,000.
Owls chief executive, Kaven Walker had no hesitation in rejecting the offers as he told his club website.
"We have no intention of selling Spurr or Johnson as these two players are both top assets in our squad," he said.
