Sheffield United goalkeeper Steve Simonsen says the players are fully behind under-fire manager Micky Adams.
The Blades have not won a game since Adams took over on 30 December and they currently lie second from bottom in the Championship table.
Simonsen told BBC Radio Sheffield: "He's been fantastic, he's showed what this club means to him.
"We're all totally behind the management team and we've got to do it for them and the fans."
The Blades have taken just four points since the turn of the year and Simonsen says the players must take some responsibility for their performances.
"We've totally underperformed this season and we've got 12 games to put that right," he said.
"We've had games where we've been poor, but we've had games where we've done really well and not got anything out of it.
"We need three, four, fives wins maybe out of the 12 left, we've got to keep believing."
