Iron midfielder Josh Wright is out of contract at Glanford Park this summer
Scunthorpe United midfielder Josh Wright has revealed that Championship rivals Reading are interested in him.
Premier League Wolves are reportedly also keen on the 21-year-old, who is out of contract this summer, but Wright insists he is 'happy' at Glanford Park.
Wright told BBC Radio Humberside: "I know the Reading one was quite strong and there was a bit of interest.
"There's been a few different clubs but I'd like to concentrate on my football and I'm happy at Scunthorpe."
The former Charlton Athletic trainee joined The Iron in July 2009 when he was signed by Nigel Adkins.
And, although Adkins left in September, Wright has continued to flourish under new Iron manager Ian Baraclough.
He has now made 51 starts for the Championship club, his only goal coming in the 5-2 defeat to Manchester United in the League Cup in September.
"I'm enjoying playing under the gaffer," said Wright. "He's trying to get the best out of us and he's trying to get 100% out of every game."
