Tommy Widdrington returns to Salisbury for friendly
Widdrington spent one season as Salisbury boss
Former Salisbury City manager Tommy Widdrington will return with his new club Southend United for a pre-season friendly on Friday, 23 July.
Widdrington, 38, left for Roots Hall earlier this week to assist new Shrimpers boss Paul Sturrock.
Meanwhile Salisbury have amended several of their pre-season fixtures.
The games against Aldershot Town and Dorchester have now been cancelled while friendlies against Bemerton Heath Harlequins and Downton have been added.
