Ex-Wycombe defender Turley signed for Salisbury in July
Salisbury City's Jamie Turley says he has enjoyed every minute at his new club and hopes to carve out a career at the Blue Square Premier side.
After leaving Wycombe Wanderers the defender, 19, is one of several teenagers in the Whites squad who have been released by Football League sides.
Turley told BBC Wiltshire he is hoping to make the most of his opportunity.
"Its been a great learning experience with a great manager, I'm grateful for it. I think I'm doing OK," he said.
Turley came through the ranks at Wycombe before being told he was surplus to requirements by manager Peter Taylor.
"It was like where do I go next but I've come to a great little club and hopefully I can do well," he added.
"I've converted to centre-half, its all an experience."

Turley has impressed both Salisbury manager Tommy Widdrington and the club's fans and is enjoying playing in front of bigger crowds compared to the youth and reserve fixtures at Wycombe.
"It's quite daunting," he said. "But a good experience and the bigger the crowd the better, I get more of a buzz out of it."
Despite a good start to his Salisbury career, the defender gifted Wimbledon two late goals in the 4-0 defeat at Kingsmeadow but he puts it down to learning the game at that level.
"It was just tiredness towards the end and individual mistakes. I wanted the ground to eat me up," he added.
