Blue Square Premier side Rushden and Diamonds have appointed Michael Stone as their new assistant manager.
Stone, the former manager of Ryman League outfit Wingate and Finchley, will work alongside caretaker manager Justin Edinburgh.
Stone told the club's website: "I'm looking forward to working with Justin.
"I'm delighted to be at Rushden and Diamonds, it's an exciting opportunity and we can't wait to get moving in the right direction."
Stone began his coaching career with Nottingham Forest's academy, and later spent time at Tottenham Hotspur as a youth team coach.
Edinburgh, who took over at Nene Park following the resignation of Garry Hill, said he was looking forward to working with Stone again.
"I know Michael well from our days at Tottenham. He's an excellent coach and brings fresh ideas," said Edinburgh.
"He is also very, very thorough and I'm delighted to be working with him."
