Rotherham boss Ronnie Moore says he would be willing to sell Tom Pope if he can buy another striker to replace him.
The 25-year-old became the Millers' joint record signing when he joined from Crewe for £150,000 in 2009.
But after suffering a number of injury setbacks, Pope has failed to secure a first-team place this term and has been targeted by several other clubs. "If I can get another striker in then I will probably let him go," Moore told BBC Radio Sheffield.
"Macclesfield have been in for him, Burton have been in for him as well as Port Vale.
"He loves Port Vale, he supports them so it would be fantastic for him if he went there," Moore added.
He has made 52 appearances during his spell at Rotherham, scoring six goals.
