Rotherham have signed Sheffield United's 21-year-old midfielder Nicky Law on a two-year deal.
Law spent last season on loan at Bradford, but rejected the chance to return to Valley Parade permanently.
Millers chief operating officer Paul Douglas told the club website: "Nicky is a quality player who has already proven his capabilities at this level.
"[This] illustrates the club's ambition to build a side capable of winning promotion to League One."
