Law unsure about Bradford future

Midfielder Nicky Law has said he wants to remain on loan at Bradford City until the end of the season at least.

City are keen to sign the 20-year-old permanently from Sheffield United, but joint-chairman Mark Lawn has hinted that wages could be a stumbling block.

Law told BBC Radio Leeds: "Everyone knows how much I enjoy it here.

"If we could sort something where I could stay here until the end of the season or something else for however long I would be delighted to do that."

Law moved to Bradford in October as cover for the injured Joe Colbeck and his current deal expires at the end of January.

It is his second loan spell at Valley Parade and he has quickly become a key player in the West Yorkshire side's promotion charge.

Law scored his second goal of the season in the 4-0 home win over Morecambe on Sunday.

"It was nice to score in front of my family," he said. "I haven't scored enough really I don't think, but hopefully this goal will set me on a run now."
