Rotherham United have signed striker Ritchie Barker on a permanent basis from Hartlepool United.
The 33-year-old scored one goal in 14 games during a three-month loan spell with the Millers, and has now signed a permanent 18-month deal.
It is the former Mansfield forward's second spell at the club where he spent three years, scoring 17 goals in 155 appearances between 2001 and 2004.
The club are awaiting ratification from the Football League to seal the deal.
Barker joined Hartlepool in January 2007 following a three-year spell with Mansfield, and was Pools' top scorer last season despite suffering with injuries.
Barker made 73 appearances for Pools, scoring 27 times in two years on Teesside.
