Rotherham United's latest signing Drewe Broughton has said he is delighted to be back in football after joining the Millers on a short-term contract.

The 29-year-old striker was released by MK Dons this summer.

"This is the first time I have not kicked off the new season," he told BBC Radio Sheffield.

"For the last few weeks I have been working with a friend to help pay the bills, I'm delighted to have been given this opportunity."
