Dean Glover's side lost 3-1 to Exeter at Vale Park in October
Port Vale manager Dean Glover has said he is disappointed with the decision to call off his team's match at Exeter City for the second time in five weeks.
The match was postponed at 1100 GMT, meaning Vale's players did not have to make the 400-mile round trip, as they did for the initial game in January.
Glover told BBC Radio Stoke: "I'm disappointed because we wanted to keep our momentum after two games unbeaten.
"It's frustrating with the way all of the country has had the bad weather."
No date has yet been set for the re-arranged game.
Midfielder David Howland was due to be suspended for the trip to St James Park.
He will now miss the home game with Aldershot on Saturday, as will Paul Edwards, as both players have five yellow cards this season.
