Sinnott has seen his side take seven points from their opening six League Two games
Port Vale manager Lee Sinnott says he will not change his managerial style even though some of the club's supporters are not happy with results.
Vale are three points outside the play-offs in League Two but Sinnott has come under fire from a section of fans.
Sinnott told BBC Radio Stoke: "If people want to say my head is on the block then that is their opinion.
"I can look at myself in the mirror and ask am I doing the right thing for Port Vale? I think I am."
Sinnott has radically changed the Vale squad since his arrival in November 2007 however he was unable to prevent the club from being relegated from League One.
Over the summer the former Farsley Celtic boss brought in eight new faces in the hope of making an immediate return to League One.
The Valiants, who have only won once at home all season, entertain Macclesfield Town on Saturday.
