Peterborough United make too many errors - Langmead
Langmead has been ever present for the Posh this season
Peterborough United defender Kelvin Langmead says that Posh players are making too many individual errors.
Gary Johnson's side currently sit second in League One but have the worst defensive record in the division, having conceded 22 goals in 12 games.
Langmead told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire: "As defenders we're tearing our hair out as it's our job to ensure we get clean sheets.
"We're needing four or five goals to win and we have to put that right."
Posh climbed into the top two with Saturday's 5-4 win over Swindon Town.
But Langmead, who moved to London Road from Shrewsbury in the summer, has said their concentration must improve.
A Tommy Rowe error handed Swindon their third goal on Saturday, whilst goalkeeper Joe Lewis has struggled in recent matches.
"There's a lot that needs to be improved upon if we are to continue to push for promotion as conceding four goals at home is nowhere near good enough," he said.
"Individual decision-making is costing us at the moment. We need to be making the right ones more often than we make the wrongs ones.
"The win at Carlisle was a model away performance from our point of view so we need to try and repeat that."
