Ferguson was encouraged by his side's performance against Palace
Peterborough United boss Darren Ferguson has called on his side to re-learn the art of winning following Monday's 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace.
Posh have now failed to win any of their five matches since promotion to the Championship.
Ferguson told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire: "We need to get that first win because the longer it goes the more concerned everyone gets.
"We need to learn how to win again, there is an art to it."
Shaun Batt gave Posh the lead and could have added a second before Alan Lee scrambled in a corner for Palace.
Despite being encouraged by the performance, Ferguson believes it was another two points dropped for his men.
"It's game we should have won, we were the better team until we scored, but then we lacked a bit of composure when we did score," he said.
Ferguson has been critical of his side's defending in recent matches, but felt they looked more solid against Palace.
"Our two centre-halves were far better today and when I needed a reaction from Gabby Zakuani I got one just like I got from Craig Morgan earlier in the season," he said.
Posh now have a two-week break until their next league match at QPR with a number of players in international action.
Midfielder Paul Coutts has been called into the Scotland Under-21 squad for their European qualifier with Austria, whilst reserve keeper James McKeown is in the Republic of Ireland Under-21 squad to face Estonia.
Craig Morgan will hope to continue in the Wales side for their clash with Russia.
