Peterborough United manager Darren Ferguson hopes Saturday's 2-0 win over Leeds will kick-start his side's League One season.

Posh claimed a well-deserved win in front of a packed London Road crowd.

Ferguson told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire: "This could be the catalyst for the season, beating a team that many thought would run away with the league.

"It's going to give everyone a lift, everyone in Peterborough. It might just be the start of good things to come."
