Oxford United have named former U's winger Chris Allen as their new youth team coach.
The 37-year-old made 181 appearances for the U's between 1991 and 1996 after coming through the youth set-up.
He went on to play for Nottingham Forest, Luton, Cardiff, Port Vale, Stockport and Dover.
Allen told the club website: "I know a lot of the lads in the under-18 side and have worked with many of them. There are some exciting prospects."
