Luton Town 2-1 Oxford United

Manager Chris Wilder remains defiant after seeing his Oxford United lose in heartbreaking fashion at Luton Town.

The U's led through a Matt Green strike until stoppage time when the Hatters hit two late goals at Kenilworth Road.

"There is a fight in our club and there is a fight in our players," Wilder told BBC Oxford.

"Things are going against us at the moment but we are putting in the effort on the pitch and we are bang in this title race."

He added: "We have to make sure we move onto the next game and have no hangovers from this."

The U's have only won one of their last five league games, drawing twice and losing twice.

Stevenage now have a three-point lead at the top of the Blue Square Premier but the U's have two games in hand.
