Oxford boss praises Luton quality

Wilder was impressed with Luton's win over Crawley

Oxford United manager Chris Wilder says if any side finish above Tuesday's opponents Luton Town this season, they will be champions.

The Us boss was impressed with Luton's 3-0 win over Crawley, as the leaders prepare to host the Hatters.

"They have good players all over the pitch, and they move the ball really well," Wilder told BBC Oxford.

"They are a top side and I do believe that any team that finishes above Luton will be champions."

"There are a quality team from back to front, and Mick (Harford) is a fantastic manager who who will have his side fired up to get a result."

Oxford United are expecting their biggest crowd of the season so far against Luton with the middle sections of all areas of the ground now sold out.

Tickets are still on sale in all stands but towards the edges rather than central areas of the Kassam Stadium. The club have advised supporters to book in advance if they wish to attend.
