Oxford United have been handed a suspended £500 fine by the Football Association for failing to control their players and officials.
The incidents under scrutiny came in last season's final game at the Kassam Stadium against Northwich Victoria.
The club said they 'accept both the responsibility and the punishment' after a hearing at the FA's Soho Square headquarters on Wednesday.
The punishment from the FA will be suspended for two years.
