Wilder has lost just twice in the league as Oxford United manager

Oxford United manager Chris Wilder has heaped praise on his battling players after their biggest away win of the season at Eastbourne.

The 3-0 victory came despite difficult weather conditions at Priory Lane.

"Full credit to the players. A lot of questions were asked about them after Saturday," Wilder told BBC Oxford.

"Eastbourne are a team who have done well at home and, apart from a five-minute spell, I think we thoroughly deserved our win."
