Constable is Oxford's top scorer this season with five goals

Oxford United striker James Constable has been called into the England C squad for the upcoming non-league international against Italy.

Constable has scored five goals in the Blue Square Premier this season despite an injury plagued campaign.

His United team-mate Luke Foster is also on standby for the game, to be played on 12 November near Naples.

But there is no place for Matt Day who scored on his debut in a friendly against Bosnia last month.
