Hutchinson has fallen out of favour at the Kassam Stadium

Transfer-listed Eddie Hutchinson hopes his goal in Saturday's 6-3 win over Eastbourne might save his future at Oxford United.

"Hopefully I will be here for a bit longer. I could have chucked in the towel, but I have kept myself fit," the midfielder told BBC Oxford.

"I don't really want to go, but I will if I'm not going to play.

"This is a great place to play. I won't be bullied out, but if it's right for me to go I will."
