A winding-up petition against League Two side Notts County has been dismissed by the High Court.
The cash-strapped club said on Tuesday that they had paid the outstanding £324,000 tax bill, and the matter was resolved at a hearing on Wednesday.
Notts were bought by Ray Trew earlier this month and have only narrowly avoided going into administration.
The Magpies have debts of more than £6m but Trew says they will be negotiating with their 263 creditors.
