McParland happy at Jones' arrival
Notts County are set to sign midfielder Daniel Jones on loan from Wolves with a view to a permanent move.
The announcement comes a day after former England defender Sol Campbell's shock departure from Meadow Lane.
The 22-year-old left-sided player has had previous loan spells at Oldham Athletic and Northampton Town.
Manager Ian McParland told BBC East Midlands Today: "He's got lots of energy, he can head it and is a good addition to the squad."
"He's young, hungry and he wants to do well."
Jones was undergoing a medical on Thursday.
