McParland's side lost 3-2 to Universitatayer Craiova on Monday
Notts County manager Ian McParland says the takeover of the club by Munto Finance will be good for the club.
New chairman Peter Trembling has already promised "careful and considered investment" at Meadow Lane.
McParland told BBC Radio Nottingham: "It's fantastic for the club, it's fantastic for the supporters and it will bring stability for Notts County Football Club."
The Magpies players are currently in Austria at a pre-season training camp.
McParland has so far signed six new players this summer, but insists he will not now be given unlimited funds as he bids for promotion to League One.
He said: "We've raised our sights a little bit with certain players but the people that are coming in are very astute business people, they're not going to be throwing money about.
"They'll help me all they can but they won't be going silly, it's got to be run in a proper way."
As for Trembling's bid to be in the Championship within five years, McParland is unfazed: "You have to have goals to go for, it's a big ask and it can be done," he said.
