Nottingham Forest midfielder Lewis McGugan says he is determined to maintain his recent fine form and keep his spot in the starting line-up.
McGugan, 22, has scored seven goals in eight Championship starts this season - including a stunning 30-yard free-kick in Saturday's 2-0 win over Ipswich.
He told BBC East Midlands Today: "I've been here a long time now and have shown glimpses but nothing consistent.
"My main aim now is to put consistency to my performances."
McGugan was left on the bench at the start of this campaign and was a fringe player in the run up to the play-offs last season.
