Davies' Forest have picked up only two points from their last five games

Nottingham Forest manager Billy Davies insists he is confident that he can keep the Reds in the Championship.

Forest are a point from safety, with just five matches remaining in the season, and face Bristol City and Sheffield United over Easter.

But Davies told BBC Radio Nottingham: "I have always remained confident. It's firmly in our hands with the three home games that we have.

"We've got to be positive and make sure that we get through the five games."
