Nottingham Forest defender Luke Chambers has signed a new three-year contract committing himself to the club until 2011.

Chambers, who played a key part in the Reds promotion to the Championship, told the club website he was "loving life with Forest".

"I believe this club has a really exciting future following our promotion and I want to be a part of that."

The 22-year-old joined Forest from Northampton Town in January 2007.
