Forest close in on Jess
Nottingham Forest hope to finally complete their free transfer swoop for Bradford's Eoin Jess later this week.

Forest held talks with the 31-year-old former Scottish international last month.

But the deal was put on hold while Jess agreed compensation with cash-strapped Bradford on the remaining two years of his contract.

Bradford have persuaded their unsecured creditors to accept a repayment of 10p in the pound which should allow the club to come out of administration.

That should allow Jess to reach an agreement with the Bantams, clearing the way for him to move to the City Ground.
