Tierney has played 30 minutes for Norwich since signing in mid-January
Norwich City defender Marc Tierney says he has been blown away by the club's supporters since his arrival.
The 25-year-old has yet to play in front of the Carrow Road crowd since making the switch from Colchester in the middle of January.
But he took in the 1-1 draw against Cardiff from the substitutes' bench a day after joining the Canaries.
"It really gets the hairs up on the back of your neck at home games," he told BBC Radio Norfolk.
"The Cardiff game was really buzzing, I was really impressed with that, I'm looking forward to every home game.
"And also the away support has been fantastic as well, so whether home or away I know we've got the fans backing us."
I'm feeling fitter every day and the intensity in training here is definitely getting me up to speed

Tierney got his first taste of action in a Norwich shirt on Saturday, replacing the injured Adam Drury after an hour in the goalless stalemate at Crystal Palace.
Drury's thigh problem could see him miss Tuesday's visit of Millwall and Tierney, whose appearance at the weekend was his first game since November, has insisted he hopes his rival for the left-back berth proves his fitness.
"It's like that all over the park, the players are one bunch together and everyone's striving for success for the club," he said.
"For myself personally I've had a few weeks out with little niggles.
"I'm feeling fitter every day and the intensity in training here is definitely getting me up to speed.
"I think every player wants the entire team fit and we'll battle as a unit."
