Norwich City's new signing Owain Tudur Jones has said he is adapting to pre-season training.
The 24-year-old Wales midfielder joined City from Swansea earlier this month.
He told BBC Radio Norfolk: "We're slowing getting into it. We've had fitness training and we're looking forward to next season starting.
"There will be a few stiff bodies out there but it's going well. I'm enjoying getting to know the players and the club's staff."
